National Tools

The national Partnership for Patients initiative connects 26 state, regional, national and hospital system organizations, all helping to identify successful solutions to reduce HACs, improve safety and reduce costs. The Hospital Engagement Networks (HENs) are conducting intensive training programs to teach and support hospitals in improving patient safety, and help their members to achieve certain quality measurement and improvement goals. Hospitals and their community partners are encouraged to make use of the wide array of publicly available resources developed at the local level.
