Vaccine Expansion


The state passed the 2 million mark in vaccine doses administered to date. Gov. Murphy also announced that New Jersey will expand vaccine eligibility

March 15 for the following:

  • Pre-K to 12 educators & support staff
  • Child care workers
  • Transportation workers
  • Additional public safety workers
  • Individuals experiencing homelessness and those living in shelter, including domestic violence centers
  • Migrant farm workers
  • Members of tribal communities

And starting March 29, the following will be eligible:

  • Food production, agriculture, and food distribution
  • Eldercare and support
  • Warehousing and logistics
  • Social services support and staff
  • Elections personnel
  • Hospitality
  • Medical supply chain
  • Postal and shipping services
  • Clergy
  • Judicial system
