The state passed the 2 million mark in vaccine doses administered to date. Gov. Murphy also announced that New Jersey will expand vaccine eligibility
March 15 for the following:
- Pre-K to 12 educators & support staff
- Child care workers
- Transportation workers
- Additional public safety workers
- Individuals experiencing homelessness and those living in shelter, including domestic violence centers
- Migrant farm workers
- Members of tribal communities
And starting March 29, the following will be eligible:
- Food production, agriculture, and food distribution
- Eldercare and support
- Warehousing and logistics
- Social services support and staff
- Elections personnel
- Hospitality
- Medical supply chain
- Postal and shipping services
- Clergy
- Judicial system
