Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is offering webinar sessions for acute care and rehabilitation hospitals to update them on the role of naviHealth in the management of post-acute skilled nursing facility and inpatient rehabilitation facility benefits.
Horizon announced Dec. 31 that naviHealth will be a delegated partner in this work, effective Feb. 1. The change affects Horizon’s Medicare Advantage plans, as well as its new dual-eligible special needs plan, Horizon NJ TotalCare. In-person training is taking place this week for skilled nursing facility providers.
The provider webinar sessions will further discuss naviHealth’s role in managing post-acute care services. The webinar sessions will be offered:
