By popular demand, NJHA and LeadingAge NJ are partnering with Health Dimensions Group for a second webinar series focused on the alternative payment model environment under Medicare and the evolving Medicaid managed care landscape.

The new series kicks off Nov. 11, with additional dates Dec. 2, Dec. 14 and Jan. 11. This webinar series will focus on: managing readmissions in post-acute care; the latest on episode payment models, including CJR and the new mandatory cardiac bundling program proposed by CMS; the impact of the IMPACT Act on acute and post-acute provider network development and provider collaborations; and the evolution of Medicaid managed care to value-based payment. The series is available as a package or can be attended as individual webinars.
