Feb 16, 2016: By Popular Demand, NJHA Offers ‘Writing for Publication II’

On the heels of the first successful program “Writing for Publication,” NJHA announces “Writing for Publication II” to be held March 8 at the NJHA Conference and Event Center.

Whether in clinical practice, academia or management, healthcare professionals in all settings have exciting ideas and innovations that would be beneficial to share. However, many are not familiar with the writing and publishing processes, making sharing through professional literature an often daunting task.

In “Writing for Publication II,” Dr. Leslie Nicoll will utilize “Manuscript Success” as a method to demystify the publishing process and provide practical evidence-based strategies for achieving publication goals. Through presentation, audience participation, questions and discussion, participants will gain knowledge and confidence in writing eye-catching manuscripts that will be favored by editors and reviewers alike. Identifying and overcoming the pitfalls and potential ethical blunders of research composition will also be discussed.
