Apr. 13, 2016: NJHA Participating in Medical Real Estate Conference


The Rutgers Center for Real Estate is hosting a symposium,"The Future of Healthcare Real Estate in New Jersey" April 15 in New Brunswick.

Neil Eicher, vice president of government relations and policy at NJHA, will join a group of panelists to talk about the many issues facing healthcare real estate professionals. The panel will discuss a hypothetical case study of a health system facing difficult decisions relating to physical plant management finance, regulatory, legal, policy and political issues.

The keynote will be presented by Marc Berson, chairman of the Board of Trustees for RWJBarnabas Health. Co-moderators of the panel will be George Jacobs, hospital board member and MOB redeveloper, and Ted Zangari, chair of redevelopment law and public policy practice groups at Sills Cummis & Gross.
