NJHA is partnering with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to offer a Regional Innovation Day Nov. 5 at the NJHA Conference and Event Center.

This free daylong event will focus on the work of organizations participating in the CMS Innovation Center to design and test new care delivery and payment strategies. Representatives of local organizations participating in selected models will share their work including lessons learned.

Innovation models highlighted will include bundled payments, the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative, the New Jersey Innovation Model, the Community-based Care Transitions Program and a discussion on Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services innovation strategy.
