In partnership with Health Dimensions Group, NJHA and LeadingAge NJ will introduce a bundling and value-based payment readiness toolkit and Webinar series in mid-November.

Health Dimensions Group, along with its data partner Dobson and DaVanzo, are highly regarded experts in the field, and recently released a white paper on bundling and value-based payment.

This offering is only for NJHA and LeadingAge NJ members and is suitable for acute care and post-acute care providers that serve Medicare and Medicaid patients through fee-for-service and managed care products.

The Webinar series will be held on the following dates:

• Thursday, Nov. 12 – 2-3:30 p.m.
• Friday, Dec. 4 – 10-11:30 a.m.
• Monday, Dec. 14 – 2-3:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Jan. 12 – 2-3:30 p.m.
