Feb. 14, 2018: HRET Diabetes Resource Coordination Center to Host Education Events


Through a partnership with the N.J. Department of Health, NJHA’s Health Research and Educational Trust of New Jersey continues its work serving as a Diabetes Resource Coordination Center, working with hospitals, community health centers, community-based organizations and other provider and community stakeholders to maximize participation in diabetes education programs.

Providers are encouraged to register for the upcoming webinar, “An Innovative Approach to Improve Diabetes Patient Outcomes: The Physician Practice Model,” scheduled for Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. Faculty from Healthcare Quality Strategies Inc. will present on this model aimed at increasing awareness of diabetes self-management education in underserved communities.
