Myers and Stauffer will continue to utilize the web portal for the 2014 disproportionate share hospital (DSH) examination year. The secure portal allows hospitals to upload completed surveys and supporting documentation to Myers and Stauffer.

Chief executive officers and chief financial officers were asked to complete the web access form for their facility during the 2013 DSH examination. Members are encouraged to review the form that was submitted during the prior year and confirm if it should be rolled forward without revisions. Forms signed by the hospital CEO of chief financial officer, or a confirmation that no changes are needed, are due Jan. 4.
