Jan. 31, 2018: NJHA’s Mary Ditri Receives ACHENJ Business Partner Award


PRINCETONMary A. Ditri, DHA, of Neptune, director of professional practice at the New Jersey Hospital Association, received the American College of Healthcare Executives Northern New Jersey’s Business Partner award at its annual Regent’s breakfast Jan. 19 at the Hyatt Regency Princeton. 

The Business Partner award recognizes an ACHE member who has held a leadership role in a non-clinical healthcare setting for more than 15 years and contributes largely to the community.

Dr. Ditri, who holds a doctorate in healthcare administration, received the award for her role in leading quality management, organizational development and patient satisfaction initiatives in hospitals throughout New Jersey.  With a focus on public health, advocacy and policy efforts in mental health and substance use disorder services and maternal-child health, Dr. Ditri serves as project manager for several collaborative initiatives designed to improve access to care. 

“The honor I have is to accept this award on behalf of my colleagues throughout New Jersey who, each day, work to provide access to high quality, safe patient care in each of the communities they serve,” said Dr. Ditri during her acceptance remarks.
