NJHA TOPOFF3

This is a Drill

Welcome to NJHA's TOPOFF3 Web site. TOPOFF is a "Congressionally-mandated exercise that tests response to a terrorist WMD incident on a national and regional level." The TOPOFF3 exercises are intended to test response capabilities at all levels including the ability of hospitals to respond to a terrorist event while maintaining the integrity of their operations. The drill will require coordination among more than 60 federal agencies, the Office of the Attorney General, New Jersey's Department of Law and Public Safety and the Department of Health and Senior Services, among other state agencies. These Web site resources are intended for New Jersey's acute and specialty hospitals involved with the TOPOFF3 Exercise.
