To help address the labyrinth of documents and layers of bureaucracy inherent to health insurance, NJHA has released the fifth issue of its consumer insurance guide, “Putting the Pieces Together: Your Guide to Getting Care in the Right Setting.”

Finding the right setting to get care is critical to saving time and money – for both the healthcare consumer and the healthcare community.

“Putting the Pieces Together” guides consumers to different avenues of care for nonemergent situations, ranging from utilizing an insurance company’s nurse hotline to when it’s appropriate to go to an urgent care location.
