NJHA is hosting a half-day program Feb. 13 exploring antitrust, tax and accounting issues related to healthcare mergers and consolidations.

This program focuses on need-to-know information for attorneys, compliance officers, chief financial officers and executives. Expert panelists from Drinker Biddle & Reath and Withum Smith+Brown will address the challenges that stakeholders must navigate under antitrust and tax laws as well as accounting guidelines.
