Feb. 02, 2018: Registration Now Open for 2018 AHA Annual Meeting

Members are encouraged to join NJHA May 6 – 9 in Washington, D.C., for the American Hospital Association’s 2018 Annual Membership Meeting. This is the most important hospital and health system advocacy event of the year. As stated by AHA’s President and CEO Rick Pollack, “Healthcare is changing and what the future holds depends largely on how we shape it. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of the discussion as hospitals and health systems continue to Advance Health in America.”

NJHA encourages CEOs and government relations officers to attend this important advocacy event and to bring a member of their management team, a physician, a trustee or a volunteer. A large and visible presence will reinforce the intensity of our advocacy efforts.

NJHA will conduct Capitol Hill visits Wednesday, May 9 this year. NJHA will host a dinner and other events for members, as well as a federal briefing. Once NJHA’s itinerary has been formalized, a detailed Schedule of Events will be forwarded.

Visit the AHA website to view the full schedule of events and rates. Early bird rates expire March 23, so register today to take advantage of this opportunity. To ensure that rooms at the Washington Hilton Hotel go exclusively to registrants, meeting attendees will be able to reserve hotel rooms only after they have registered for the meeting. Attendees will only be able to reserve one room per registrant. After registering, additional instructions will be sent.
