Despite efforts within healthcare to address challenges in patient safety and quality of care, there continues to be a struggle to reduce errors. Organizations are challenged to simultaneously improve quality, patient safety and patient satisfaction as compensation is increasingly tied to performance in all three areas.
NJHA is partnering with the American College of Healthcare Executives-New Jersey to offer a highly interactive two-day seminar Oct. 10 and 11 which will look beyond traditional healthcare models by exploring the approaches used at high reliability organizations. Attendees will discover what makes these approaches successful and how they can be applied in any healthcare organization.
Faculty include Gary Yates, MD, president of Healthcare Improvement, and Steve Kreiser, senior consultant for Healthcare Improvement.
Seating is limited and early registration is encouraged. Click here to download the registration brochure and register via fax.
