NJHA has made available a recording of this week’s popular webinar on recently adopted regulations to implement the Health Care Professional Responsibility and Reporting Enhancement Act, commonly known as the “Cullen Act.”

The webinar, hosted by NJHA and presented jointly by the N.J. Department of Health and Division of Consumer Affairs, attracted almost 400 participants.

The law was enacted in 2005. Healthcare entities and healthcare professionals have been expected to comply with its provisions prior to the finalization of regulations.
