NJHA will partner with the Advisory Board to present the webinar “Price Transparency and Consumerism in New Jersey” Feb. 8 from noon to 1 p.m.

The Advisory Board will highlight how consumerism is affecting New Jersey hospitals’ financial and strategic operations. By providing examples from healthcare organizations across the country, the webinar will provide attendees an understanding of what is influencing patients’ healthcare decisions. The presenters will outline strategies to stay competitive in today’s market and tips to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
