Aug. 28, 2017: Coming in October: ‘Effective Leadership for High Reliability Healthcare’

Despite efforts within healthcare to address challenges in patient safety and quality of care, there continues to be a struggle to reduce errors. Organizations are challenged to simultaneously improve quality, patient safety and patient satisfaction as compensation is increasingly tied to performance in all three areas.

NJHA is partnering with the American College of Healthcare Executives New Jersey for an interactive two-day seminar Oct. 10 and 11 that will look beyond traditional healthcare models by exploring the approaches used at high reliability organizations. Presenters will lead a discussion on what makes these approaches successful and how to apply them in any organization.

Faculty members include Gary Yates, MD, president, and Steve Kreiser, senior consultant, of Healthcare Performance Improvement.

Seating is limited and early registration is encouraged. Click here to access program details and download the registration form. The program qualifies for 12 hours of ACHE face-to-face education credit toward advancement or recertification.
