Aug. 04, 2017: NJHA Unveils GME Program Database

NJHA unveiled a new resource for the state’s medical education community.

The New Jersey Residency Program Database is a regularly updated repository of all residency and fellowship programs in the state. The searchable database aggregates both accredited osteopathic and allopathic residency and fellowship programs in a single location. For medical students or residents researching the next steps in their medical careers, the database will help showcase New Jersey-based programs. The web-based tool is searchable by type of program and specialty.

The creation of the database continues NJHA’s committed efforts to improve retention of top medical students in New Jersey and prevent the expected shortage of physicians across the state.

For more information on the database, please contact Jennifer Cuevas at jcuevas@njha.com or 609-275-4211. The New Jersey Residency Program Database is available on the resources page of the NJHA website.
