Apr. 13, 2017: New Yearlong Webinar Series: The Science of Quality

Quality improvement in healthcare is discussed under several names: Total Quality Management, Continuous Quality Improvement, Performance Improvement and the like. Essentially, these approaches are the same when it comes to successful outcomes. Better care, better quality and better outcomes for patients - these goals can be achieved by using evidenced-based methods and tools.

NJHA is hosting a year-long webinar series: The Science of Quality: Using Methods and Tools to Improve Patient Care, A Complimentary Webinar Series for the Healthcare Professional, beginning May 11. Participants in this series will learn these methods and tools while applying to a local project, professional or personal, and benefit from hearing from and sharing with colleagues throughout the series. Improvement methods can be fun and this series will show you how!

Healthcare leaders, clinicians and quality improvement professionals should plan to attend this series of webinars dedicated to what makes quality improvement works. CME and nursing credits will be provided

Registration for the first webinar in the series, Intro to Model for Improvement, is open now. Other upcoming dates for the series include:
