NJHA Public Forum Participation Agreement and Terms of Use

We want to encourage an open exchange of information and ideas, however if you do not comply with our participation agreement while using this forum, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to remove your comment(s) and/or ban you from this forum.

Offending comments and impermissible material on this forum include, but are not limited to:
  • potentially libelous (slanderous);
  • defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist or otherwise hateful;
  • protected health information;
  • pointless, excessively foul and/or vulgar language;
  • inappropriately sexual or pornographic;
  • baseless personal attacks or otherwise threatening, or baiting someone into such comments;
  • illegal material or material that infringes on the rights of others;
  • publication of private facts;
  • intellectual property that belongs to another entity, material must comply with copyright law;
  • commercial postings attempting to sell a product/item;
  • completely off-topic material;
  • repeated (or incredibly similar) posts on the same story, place, event, etc.;
  • personal or business URLs that could be viewed as an attempt to solicit business;
  • trade secrets, confidential or proprietary information;
  • or, any other material that infringes on the ability of others to enjoy this forum.
By participating in our forum, you agree not to post such material. Comments that are off-topic and are borderline, will not be used.

Privacy, Name and Identity
By participating in our forum, you agree not to have multiple personalities on our forums. Readers may have only one name associated with any and all their submitted comment(s). Only your first name will be used if we post your comment in the forum. If you would like to change the name you are using to submit comments to this forum, include your old and new name with your submitted comment with a note to that effect. Usage of multiple screen names will result in removal of your comments in our forum. We also reserve the right not to use a comment if you make a submission using a name that might be considered objectionable or insulting to another person.
