Since 1971, ONENJ has been the professional organization of choice for nursing leaders in their quest for a united voice representing nursing administration and management in all practice settings. The ONENJ membership is inclusive of all nurse leaders and aspiring nurse leaders in New Jersey. We have grown to over 565 members. ONENJ has identified its core business is to provide education and leadership development, public policy advocacy, career development, information resources and research.
