The information contained in this Web site has been provided by hospitals in New
Jersey to the New Jersey Hospital Association and the New Jersey Department of
Health for identifying individuals who have been seen in the state’s triage
areas and emergency departments in connection with the recent terrorist attack
on the World Trade Center. It may contain information not available from other
sources. The information is being provided to facilitate the location of
individuals affected by the disaster. Given the disaster circumstances under
which the information is being provided, neither the hospitals, nor NJHA which
created the Web site, have taken steps to independently validate the
information and are not responsible for any inaccuracies, misspellings of
names, or incomplete information.
