N.J. Hospitals Respond To Trade Center Disaster

September 11: New Jersey Hospitals Remember

On Sept. 11, 2001, our nation, and our healthcare system, was tested in a most dramatic way. While we may never have imagined a disaster as shocking as the terrorist attacks on America, our nation stood strong and our healthcare professionals responded with compassion and commitment. On the one-year anniversary of that tragic day, NJHA offers a number of resources and remembrances, including a new consumer guide for coping with emotional trauma and details on the ongoing disaster preparedness efforts of the state's hospitals.
