Interlibrary Loan Service For Libraries Only	Fee/Availability
Libraries of member hospitals, institutions and healthcare systems of the New Jersey Hospital Association	No charge
Libraries of non-member institutions, organizations, companies	Not available

Document Delivery Request From Individuals	Fee/Availability
Non - members of the New Jersey Hospital Association	$25.00 per document plus 10 cents per page photocopying fee and special handling charges if requested. Telefacsimile Service: 75 cents per page Rush Service (delivery within 24 hours): $10.00 per document plus telefacsimile charge or billing to requestor's Federal Express account.
Members of the New Jersey Hospital Association	$10.00 per document plus 10 cents per page photocopying fee Telefacsimile Service: 75 cents per page Rush Service: No charge
VIP Service: CEO/President of NJHA member hospital	No Charge for document delivery, special handling

For purposes of this FACT SHEET, this membership is defined in NJHA bylaws as NJHA Membership Classes: Core Members (Hospitals/Systems); Business Members (Companies, Insurers); Allied Members (Professional Societies), Affiliate Members (free standing non-hospital direct healthcare providers) and Educational Institution Members.
