HRET Continuing Education
Each year, HRET keeps more than 6,000 healthcare professionals on the cutting edge of trends in healthcare through more than 60 educational programs and symposia. For hospital CEOs, trustees and physician leaders, HRET offers an annual Leadership Conference. Professional program topics range from developing effective geriatric care through assisted living options to preventing developmental disabilities and mental retardation through newborn screening, improving operating room management and effective use of the Internet.

Online Learning
In cooperation with more than 35 other state hospital associations and the American Hospital Association, NJHA and HRET has formed careLearning.com, an internet-based education and learning administration system. careLearning.com is a nonprofit entity with a mission to assist hospitals and health systems with the increasingly complex array of professional development, education and training requirements. The purpose of careLearning.com is to develop and deliver a range of Web-based interactive educational programming for healthcare providers and their employees.
