HIPAA Notice of Privacy PracticesThe HIPAA privacy regulation requires that all direct treatment healthcare providers (hospitals, physicians) make their "Notice of Privacy Practices" available to their patients. To assist you in complying with this portion of the privacy regulation, NJHA Information Services has designed a customizable HIPAA Privacy Notice. All you have to do is follow the instructions on the order form. Return the form and your payment to us and we will e-mail the customizable template to you. Make changes, add special situations and return it to us with your logo and contact information. We'll input your changes and complete the design of your unique privacy notice. It is available in poster form suitable to display in your waiting area and in a brochure format to hand out to your patients. Once complete, we will also give you the notice in a .pdf file for your Web site.
