Access to the Continuing Care Members Only area is available to any long-term care, home care, adult/pediatric day health care, hospice, inpatient rehabilitation facility, nursing facility/subacute care or assisted living unit affiliated with an NJHA acute and specialty hospital (including rehabilitation and psychiatric hospitals and systems) or affiliate NJHA members. Access is also available to NJHA member acute and specialty hospitals.
