If it appears that weather conditions are severe enough to warrant cancellation or delayed start of your scheduled conference /meeting, you must notify the Conference Center by 6:30 a.m.* The telephone number is

Procedure
You must provide the Conference Center the following information:
- Your name, the name of your group, the title of the meeting being held at the New Jersey Hospital Association and the time your conference/meeting is to start. (Please DO NOT use ACRONYMS in reporting the name of your group and title of your meeting.)
- Whether you are delaying, cancelling or anticipating a postponement date for your conference at the Conference Center at NJHA.
In order for this means of communication to be effective, you must include the following instructions in the brochure or invitation sent to all participants of your conference/meeting:
"In the event of inclement weather, please call
(609) 275-4140 to determine if the conference/meeting is cancelled or delayed.
* Early notification of a conference/meeting cancellation is necessary in order that food orders and/or special services required may also be cancelled. On occasion, cancellation of baked goods or a fresh vegetable order is beyond our control and so it will be necessary to pass this cost on to the organization requesting that service.
