HRET Health Research & Educational Trust of New Jersey

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Local Funding Partnerships (LFP)

This link takes you from the NJHA Web site and enters the Web site of Local Funding Partnerships.

Local Funding Partnerships (LFP) is a national program office of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The program office for LFP is located at the New Jersey Hospital Association through a grant first awarded in 1997 to its affiliate, the Health Research & Educational Trust (HRET) of New Jersey.

Consistent with mission and values, NJHA is proud to be a partner with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in an initiative directed toward improving the health status of not only our communities throughout New Jersey, but nationally as well.

Local Funding Partnerships (LFP) is a matching grants program designed to establish partnerships between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) and local grantmakers in support of innovative, community-based projects that focus on underserved and vulnerable populations. Since 1988 more than $106 million in LFP grants have been awarded to 299 projects designed to improve health and healthcare services in communities across the nation.
