Mission
ONENJ is a professional association providing nursing leaders with the skills and contacts they need to excel in a changing healthcare delivery system. ONENJ provides a forum for nurse executives and nurse managers to meet, both formally and informally, to discuss areas of concern to members.

Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to nurse executives and managers. Affiliate membership is available to RNs who are not a nurse executive or nurse manager. Associate membership is available to suppliers of products and services to nursing.
